How Roof Cost Guide handles your request, who it goes to and the terms of using roof-replacement-cost.net.

Who we are

Roof Cost Guide is run by Roof Replacement Cost, 502 Fairway Dr, Kerrville, TX 78028. We are a free service that connects homeowners with licensed, independent roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor and do not do the work ourselves.

What you send and who receives it

A quote request holds your first name, ZIP code, phone number, state, the job and any calculator result. A phone call carries your number and what you tell us. We pass this to up to three roofing contractors who serve your area, and to the call center partner that answers our line.

Partner categories: licensed roofing and exterior contractors, home improvement lead marketplaces, and the call center and phone providers that run the line.

Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Passing your request to contractors and lead marketplaces can count as a sale or share under some state privacy laws. To opt out, email contact@roof-replacement-cost.net with the phone number you used and the words "Do not sell or share". We stop sharing new requests from that number and delete stored ones within 30 days.

Calls, texts and consent

When you submit the form you agree that we and the roofers we work with may call or text the number you entered about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Text STOP at any time and the messages end.

Estimate reader

Text you paste into the estimate reader is analyzed with AI to write the answer and is not stored by us.

Cookies and counting

We count page views, tool use and calls. One cookie remembers which page version you saw; your browser remembers your state.

Terms of use

Prices and calculators on this site are planning ranges built from published installed prices, not a bid. The contractors who quote you are independent businesses that set their own prices, contracts and warranties; your agreement for the work is with them.

Do not submit someone else's details. Questions about these terms go to contact@roof-replacement-cost.net.
